What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives for complex products, managing the lifecycle from discovery to implementation.
• Translate ambiguous business constraints and requirements into clear user journeys and interaction models.
• Define detailed user flows, behaviors, and edge cases to ensure predictable and scalable product experiences.
• Deliver high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes that communicate interaction logic and design intent.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the discovery and delivery process.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems, interaction patterns, and product quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior or staff level product design roles.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to structure complex information and design frameworks.
• Proficiency in mapping end-to-end user flows and handling complex edge cases.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, implementation-ready design specifications and prototypes.
• Experience working in close partnership with engineering and product management teams.
