• Leverage scientific methods to improve ads measurement systems.
• Drive online experiments to continuously enhance advertising effectiveness.
• Own end-to-end ML projects from design to implementation.
• Partner with product, backend, and frontend teams to deliver measurement solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Econometrics, or related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in causal inference, incrementality, or marketing mix modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Fluent in English or Chinese.
• Strong ownership and collaboration skills.
