What you will do

• Partner with senior stakeholders to define business problems, success metrics, and value-based outcomes.
• Lead discovery efforts for complex, cross-domain initiatives including Lead-to-Cash and Customer Support processes.
• Translate complex business objectives into structured epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Influence prioritization and investment decisions by framing options, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and design discussions to ensure alignment across multiple teams.
• Mentor senior and mid-level analysts while setting standards for business analysis practices.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong knowledge of at least one core domain: End-to-end Lead-to-Cash or Customer Success/Support processes.
• Advanced understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe delivery models.
• Proven ability to define requirements for large, multi-team initiatives and manage system dependencies.
• Strong working knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience mentoring or leading other business analysts.
