What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to define and validate business objectives and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams to support solution design and delivery.
• Manage backlog refinement, prioritization, and dependency tracking across cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to ensure alignment on project scope and tradeoffs.
• Support UAT planning and ensure requirements are testable and validated throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Solid experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce CPQ.
• Proven understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes or Customer Success and Technical Support workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
• Must be able to work on-site in a hybrid model in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CPQ platforms like Oracle CPQ.
• Experience with telephony, chat, or Customer Success platforms like Gainsight.
• Conceptual knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and application architectures.
