What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Align stakeholders across international teams including those in China and Sweden.
• Refine internal processes to improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and control budgets, scope, and project roadmaps to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate cross-departmental innovation through collaboration with Marketing, HMI, and Intelligent Drive teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in digital product development.
• Full fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must have immediate, ongoing, and valid authorization to work full-time in Sweden.
• Strong expertise in project management tools such as Jira and Excel.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs from concept to launch.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, software, or consumer tech industries.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and capacity planning.
• Mandarin language skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Design, Business, or Computer Science.
