What you will do

• Translate strategic automation goals into architectural patterns, guardrails, and reusable building blocks.
• Design scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks utilizing SDLC principles and layered abstractions.
• Guide engineering squads in adopting best practices for testing, pipelines, and API-first design.
• Integrate Agentic and Generative AI capabilities into engineering processes to enhance automation efficiency.
• Balance long-term architectural vision with incremental delivery in complex, multidisciplinary environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Strong foundation in software engineering, including CI/CD, automation frameworks, and testing strategies.
• Proven experience designing scalable automation frameworks or platforms in complex environments.
• Affinity with IaC tooling such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Understanding of cloud (IaaS/PaaS) way of working, security, and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical squads and product disciplines.
