What you will do

• Design, build and deploy AI systems.
• Fine-tune and optimize ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Deploy and monitor ML models, ensuring reliability and responsible AI.
• Translate business needs to solution design.

Requirements

• 3-7 years hands-on experience in professional software development.
• Practical experience in AI engineering.
• Python and Azure skills.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP server/client.
• Background in public sector, regulated or security sensitive environments.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
