What you will do

• Handle incoming client requests via email and other communication channels.
• Support investors throughout their full lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Provide clear and accurate information about platform functionality, investment products, and account settings.
• Investigate client cases by collaborating with internal teams.
• Document all client interactions and ensure cases are properly recorded and resolved.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve customer experience.
