What you will do

• Lead the SDK engineering team and define technical direction and execution priorities.
• Drive the evolution of the SDK organization with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Partner with technical leaders to ensure alignment between client-side SDK development and platform architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Solutions Engineering, and business stakeholders to align roadmaps and execution plans.
• Improve engineering quality across architecture, testing, release management, and operational rigor.
• Coach and grow engineers and technical leaders through feedback and mentoring.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in SDK, backend systems, infrastructure, or ad tech domains.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience as an engineering manager or tech lead manager.
• Direct experience working within the publisher SDK, mediation, or supply domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and partner teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear engineering direction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in publisher SDK development (client / backend).
• Familiarity with both client-side and server-side considerations in ads or monetization platforms.
• Experience improving reliability, observability, and release quality for production systems.
• Experience working in high-scale ad tech, monetization, or platform environments.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers or tech leads.
