What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with client technology and business teams to solve complex problems.
• Develop full-stack features across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
• Manage infrastructure requirements to support team development and deployment.
• Guide team workflows and promote agile practices for better performance and balance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development (Back End, Front End, and DevOps).
• Fluency in both Finnish and English (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in team leadership and consulting roles.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with agile project management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup at the office or client premises in Turku.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, or React Native.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Java, Scala, Kotlin, Clojure, or Python.
• Proven track record in managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of database management, specifically PostgreSQL.
