What you will do

• Collaborate with client technical and business teams to architect and implement features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
• Provide world-class technical expertise to help clients select and integrate the most suitable technologies for their unique business needs.
• Design, debug, and optimize software architecture to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated deployments and test automation.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written English skills are required for effective client communication.
• Extensive experience in software development covering backend, frontend, and operational tasks.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side language (e.g., TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, Kotlin, Clojure).
• Strong knowledge of a client-side framework, specifically TypeScript/JavaScript with React.
• Foundational knowledge in DevOps, CI/CD, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in Finnish is considered a significant advantage.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks like Swift or React Native.
