What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain foundational infrastructure including compute, networking, and observability systems.
• Define and enforce SLOs while building proactive alerting systems.
• Develop reliable, automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
• Implement and harden infrastructure security through RBAC, network policies, and secrets management.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability of production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or SRE roles.
• Solid hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, including CAP theorem and failure modes.
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems such as ad tech or fintech.
• Familiarity with service mesh, eBPF, or advanced Kubernetes networking.
• Background in database infrastructure and data streaming.
• Track record of improving developer experience and reducing deployment times.
• Experience scaling infrastructure in a high-growth startup environment.
