TL;DR

Controller (Finance): Managing corporate accounting, financial close processes, and M&A integration for a global tech organization with an accent on US GAAP compliance and process automation. Focus on executing financial due diligence, supporting SOX compliance, and implementing AI-enhanced workflows within a high-growth SaaS environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Raanana, Israel for a hybrid role (2 days office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Support financial due diligence, risk assessment, and M&A integration activities including purchase accounting.
• Execute month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Collaborate on consolidation, corporate reporting, and SOX compliance audits.
• Prepare technical accounting memos for complex transactions and AI-integrated initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements using automation and AI tools to streamline accounting workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Legal, Tax, and IT to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is required (Big Four background strongly preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in a high-tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global reporting standards.
• Proficiency in M&A financial processes, including due diligence and purchase accounting.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model and communicate across global teams.
