In this remote role (based in the EU), you will lead the legal strategy for their international holding company, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions and protecting their innovative IP.
- 5+ years as a Head of Legal/VP Legal in international firms;
- C1 English & fluency in Russian;
- Expertise in corporate governance, IP, and risk management.
They are a team of 1000+ digital nomads, recently certified as a Great Place to Work.
