What you will do

• Lead the technical direction for agent identity, authentication, authorization, and secrets management.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based architectures.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical tradeoffs to ensure high standards of code quality and operational excellence.
• Proactively identify and solve complex technical problems from concept to delivery.
• Document architecture, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Communicate and align complex technical strategies with product managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in backend and systems engineering with a history of owning large-scale, security-critical systems.
• Expertise in designing and operating secure, scalable distributed cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong background or deep interest in identity security, authentication, authorization, and secrets management.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead technical decision-making in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team impact.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bulgaria (Hybrid).
