Principal SAP ABAP Consultant (Tax Technology)

What you will do

• Lead technical delivery of hirify.global product and technology implementations within SAP landscapes.
• Configure and integrate hirify.global solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Perform custom development using ABAP, including BADIs, BAPIs, and EDI/Idocs.
• Evaluate complex business requirements and map them to SAP MM, SD, and FI modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value-added services and support revenue growth.
• Design and develop interfaces to ensure seamless communication between SAP and tax systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP programming experience, including ABAP OOP.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP interface design and development.
• Minimum 1 year of experience deploying and integrating solutions on SAP BTP.
• Proven experience performing configuration in MM, SD, or FI modules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and customer collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing e-invoicing solutions within SAP.
• Strong understanding of tax systems, especially hirify.global solutions (Accelerator and Plus Tools).
• SAP technology certifications or relevant professional credentials.
• Familiarity with Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business process flows.
