What you will do

  • Lead and manage a global team of VIP managers to drive revenue and user loyalty.
  • Develop and implement scalable CRM methodologies and customer lifecycle protocols.
  • Execute strategic initiatives to maximize VIP retention and lifetime value.
  • Optimize sales processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide tailored service and proactive engagement strategies for top-tier customers.
  • Analyze performance data to refine VIP communication and sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2C VIP management and sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in a hands-on management role.
  • English at native or near-native level is required.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with CRM systems and data reporting.
  • Background in VIP B2C environments like gaming, social casino, or forex is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Arabic or other additional languages.
