What you will do
- Lead and manage a global team of VIP managers to drive revenue and user loyalty.
- Develop and implement scalable CRM methodologies and customer lifecycle protocols.
- Execute strategic initiatives to maximize VIP retention and lifetime value.
- Optimize sales processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide tailored service and proactive engagement strategies for top-tier customers.
- Analyze performance data to refine VIP communication and sales operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in B2C VIP management and sales.
- 3+ years of experience in a hands-on management role.
- English at native or near-native level is required.
- Strong technical skills and experience with CRM systems and data reporting.
- Background in VIP B2C environments like gaming, social casino, or forex is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Arabic or other additional languages.
