Position Title: Scrum Master
Location: Riyadh
Duration / Engagement Type: 12-Month Contract
Join our team as a Scrum Master driving Agile delivery within cutting-edge Data & AI initiatives. This role is crucial to enhancing team productivity and ensuring timely project delivery in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce Scrum framework and Agile best practices
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Manage and track sprint progress using JIRA
- Remove impediments and resolve blockers impacting delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog and prioritize tasks
- Drive continuous improvement within Agile teams
- Ensure transparency through reporting and dashboards
- Support delivery governance within Data & AI projects
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven expertise delivering Data & AI projects
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with JIRA
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
