What you will do

• Participate in the delivery and deployment of complex health and social care software solutions.
• Support customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues across infrastructure and application layers.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure using automation and orchestration tools.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and release processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end system stability and performance.
• Document complex technical solutions for stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with infrastructure automation tools including Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
• Ability to analyze complex systems with an end-to-end approach.

Nice to have

• Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical support or consulting capacity.
• Previous background in software development.
