A fast-growing Chinese iGaming company is seeking a hands-on HR leader to build and lead a brand-new EU entity from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape HR strategy, operations, and culture in an international environment.
🌍 What You’ll Do
Establish and manage HR and office operations from scratch
Lead end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on APAC markets
Oversee employee relocation, visas, and onboarding
Build HR policies, processes, and compliance aligned with EU standards
Act as a strategic partner to leadership in scaling the organization
✅ What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Chinese and English (mandatory)
10+ years of HR / People Operations experience
At least 5+ years in an HR Manager (or senior) role
Solid experience working within the EU region
Proactive, hands-on mindset with startup/scale-up adaptability
