What you will do

• Manage end-to-end event production, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and budget reconciliation.
• Coordinate complex event logistics such as load-in/load-out schedules, safety protocols, and ticketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in broadcasting, marketing, and product to ensure alignment on creative vision.
• Design event floor plans and fan activations while maintaining high technical standards for lighting, LED, and internet infrastructure.
• Review event data to provide actionable insights for performance improvement and process automation.
• Define operational priorities and manage contingencies to ensure successful live event execution.

Requirements

• Must possess legal authorization to work in Singapore without company sponsorship
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, event management, or the entertainment/games industry
• 3+ years of professional experience planning and managing live events
• Technical proficiency in event infrastructure including power, lighting, and streaming technology
• Ability to travel extensively across the APAC region for back-to-back event execution
• Experience using project management tools such as Airtable

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Bahasa Indonesia
• Previous professional experience within the esports industry
• Advanced proficiency in Airtable
• Familiarity with Riot Games titles like League of Legends and VALORANT
