What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of SDRs to generate qualified pipeline.
- Own SDR performance, including activity metrics, conversion rates, pipeline creation, and attainment.
- Recruit top SDR talent and grow the team as hirify.global scales.
- Develop SDR talent through coaching, call reviews, and structured feedback.
- Partner with marketing to convert inbound demand into qualified opportunities.
- Implement systems and workflows that improve SDR productivity and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales development.
- 1–3+ years managing SDRs or leading a sales development team.
- Comfortable working with technical products and developer audiences.
- Experience with modern GTM tooling (AI Agents, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Power Dialers, etc.).
- Data-driven and comfortable managing performance through metrics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
