COCA is building a next-generation stablecoin banking app that allows users to spend, save, and manage digital dollars in everyday life.
We’re looking for a developer who is motivated to grow into a Frontend Lead role over time.
What you’ll be doing


• Lead frontend development for the web platform
• Build and maintain applications using React and TypeScript
• Design and evolve the frontend architecture
• Develop complex product features and user interfaces
• Optimize application performance and rendering
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs
• Maintain and improve the existing codebase, including refactoring legacy code where needed
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA
• Participate in planning and estimation in Agile/Scrum

What you’ll need
• 5+ years of frontend development experience
• 3 + years of experience with React
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Solid experience with:React functional components, React Hooks, Context API
• Experience with Storybook
• Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and clean code principles
• Solid experience with Git workflows
• Russian and English languages - must have
• Higher education in Software Engineering, or a related field

Nice to have
• Experience with styled-components or other CSS-in-JS solutions
• Experience with React Hook Form and Zod
• Experience building dynamic components, theming, or UI animations
• Experience developing and maintaining a scalable component library
• Knowledge of Node.js / Express
• Understanding of Docker and CI/CD
• Interest in fintech, crypto, or Web3
