What you will do

• Develop and research foundation models including training, architectures, reinforcement learning, and scaling.
• Design and run evaluation benchmarks and quality measurement systems.
• Work on frontier AI topics such as multimodal models, agents, tool use, and world models.
• Own full-stack research from framing questions to shipping results.
• Collaborate with US-based leadership and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Location: Serbia
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience with foundation models, evaluation, and frontier AI research topics.
• PhD in ML/NLP or equivalent practical experience.
• Published research or significant public AI projects.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and ship research products.
