What you will do

• Provide timely, professional support to players by resolving inquiries and technical issues.
• Gather and share player feedback with Development and QA teams to drive improvements.
• Enforce community guidelines and handle moderation, warnings, or escalations when necessary.
• Coordinate end-to-end playtests, ensuring proper backend setup and smooth execution.
• Oversee and moderate the Discord server, fostering a positive and engaged community.
• Act as the bridge between players and internal teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in player support, community management, or operations.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience moderating online communities (Discord experience preferred).
• Solid troubleshooting skills and customer-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required.
