What you will do

• Take ownership of the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring accuracy of acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
• Drive month-end closing activities for fixed assets, including depreciation runs and capital expenditure tracking.
• Collaborate with country controllers to ensure smooth and accurate reporting.
• Improve asset processes and tech solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Partner with IT and Operational teams to ensure seamless communication regarding new investments and asset retirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for fixed assets during audits and tax reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, and/or Accounting.
• 2-3 years of experience in an Accounting role, ideally with a focus on Fixed Assets or CapEx.
• Basic understanding of accounting standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Interest in Tech-integration & Tech-solutions for automated asset tracking.
• ERP-system knowledge (Workday is a big plus).
