Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales in the FMCG sector.
• Strong strategic commercial acumen and experience in establishing trade governance.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data and draw actionable business recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across global and local teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for reporting and presentation.
