What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through professional networks, social media, and job boards.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from screening and initial interviews to offer extension and onboarding.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between stakeholders and candidates.
  • Utilize data and recruitment metrics to refine and optimize hiring processes.
  • Maintain and nurture a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
  • Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of the iGaming and Tech industry landscape.
  • Proven experience with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring processes with high attention to detail.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
