What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and execute recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through professional networks, social media, and job boards.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from screening and initial interviews to offer extension and onboarding.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between stakeholders and candidates.
- Utilize data and recruitment metrics to refine and optimize hiring processes.
- Maintain and nurture a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming and Tech industry landscape.
- Proven experience with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring processes with high attention to detail.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
