What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term procurement and outsourcing strategy.
• Lead major procurement initiatives and complex supplier negotiations with organization-wide impact.
• Promote cost-effective, sustainable, and compliant procurement practices.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Coach and mentor the procurement team to foster high performance and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement with a track record of leading complex supplier negotiations.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related function.
• Experience negotiating contracts with technology vendors or software providers, preferably in regulated industries like fintech or banking.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across legal and finance teams.
• Proactive problem-solving approach balancing commercial outcomes with risk management.
