What you will do

• Manage end-to-end MDF and COOP funds business processes, including planning, coordination, and reporting.
• Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with international vendors, partners, and internal teams on marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare detailed marketing activity reports.
• Oversee marketing-related documentation and ensure process compliance.

Requirements

• Higher education (technical or marketing).
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in managing marketing document flow and reporting.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new information and changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of telecommunications, server, and IT equipment markets.
