What you will do

• Collect and analyze sales data to identify key areas for improvement.
• Define business metrics reflecting performance for potential and existing customers.
• Formulate hypotheses and design A/B tests to optimize sales processes.
• Create reports and monitor performance of new product launches.
• Collaborate with product, risk, DWH, and IT departments to implement data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in product, business, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with visualization platforms like Tableau and Excel.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts including A/B testing and machine learning.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+) required.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, Banking, or eCommerce.
• Understanding of key business metrics such as NPV, LTV, and CAC.
