What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for senior-level roles including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs and requirements.
• Identify high-quality candidates through direct search, networking, and industry partnerships.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Handle offer negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Provide market insights and updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid professional experience in executive recruitment within a corporate or search firm setting.
• Proficiency in Spanish or French is required.
• Expertise in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple high-level projects with attention to detail.
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder communication skills.
