What you will do

• Consolidate and review monthly financial results to ensure high data quality and report on performance.
• Develop and maintain the financial reporting landscape using advanced analytical tools.
• Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to set realistic and ambitious company targets.
• Drive deep-dive analysis into key business areas to propose improvements and optimizations.
• Define and implement comprehensive KPI sets and management reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Vienna, Austria.
• Strong experience as a controller with solid foundation in finance and accounting.
• High proficiency with data tools such as Netsuite, Anaplan, Tableau, and Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and number-crunching skills.
• Excellent communication skills for translating financial data into business insights.
