What you will do

• Architect and implement agentic and GenAI systems tailored to business needs.
• Select appropriate LLMs, perform prompt engineering, and execute model fine-tuning.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features, from EDA to production deployment.
• Analyze ML metrics to evaluate model performance and run comparative experiments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into production-grade solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership on complex projects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic applications.
• Extensive experience in delivering AI-driven products to production environments.
• Strong background in Python machine learning ecosystems and object-oriented programming.
• Solid understanding of machine learning theory and algorithm scaling/optimization.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Big Data tools such as Spark/PySpark and cloud environments (Azure/Databricks).
• Practical knowledge of LLM fine-tuning and serving techniques.
• Familiarity with deep learning architectures.
