What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end production of studio and on-location content including product, food, beauty, and fashion.
• Collaborate with photographers, art directors, and creative teams to align on visual concepts and brand storytelling.
• Manage production logistics, including location scouting, travel, equipment, and legal contracts.
• Handle talent casting, bookings, and model coordination.
• Direct set design, styling, and composition to maintain high visual standards.
• Support post-production workflows, manage budgets, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Fluent German is a must, with additional strong English required.
• Proven experience in planning, coordination, and execution of professional visual productions.
• Deep understanding of lifestyle, beauty, and digital culture.
• Strong background in budget management and operational logistics.
• Ability to manage complex on-set environments and creative collaboration.
