What you will do

  • Develop and enforce IAM strategy, including SSO, MFA, and access governance.
  • Oversee Active Directory and Azure AD environments, including hybrid identity management.
  • Manage end-to-end user lifecycle processes and access control models.
  • Define and enforce conditional access policies while integrating IAM systems with SIEM for monitoring.
  • Conduct regular access reviews to ensure compliance with security standards such as GDPR and SOX.
  • Mentor L2 analysts and promote a security-first culture within the team.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in core IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and PAM.
  • Deep knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID, specifically regarding hybrid sync.
  • Proven experience in identity governance, access review processes, and lifecycle management.
  • Solid understanding of security compliance frameworks and SIEM integration.
  • Experience in disaster recovery planning for identity platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and mentoring skills.
