Salary: $118,000 – $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of tests, including planning, on-site execution, and reporting.
• Automate procedures for building, testing, and operating advanced electronic warfare systems.
• Analyze complex data streams from control software, RF links, and propulsion systems to drive root cause analysis.
• Interface directly with U.S. and allied military customers during field demonstrations.
• Manage logistics for equipment and personnel during frequent travel to test bases and ranges.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (ITAR compliance)
• Must be based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering field
• 2–5 years of experience in safety-critical testing of autonomous or remotely piloted systems
• Proficiency in Python and experience with on-site field troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel >25% of the time, both nationally and internationally

Nice to have

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• FAA Part 107 license
• Ham Radio license
• Prior military experience
