What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP and OTC clients, ensuring proactive, personalized, and efficient support.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams to facilitate complex transactions and resolve client-facing blockers.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve the operational playbooks, SOPs, and workflows for the VIP program.
  • Monitor high-value client activity, identifying potential friction points or service gaps before they escalate.
  • Track and report on operational KPIs and service quality metrics to inform strategic improvements.
  • Maintain precise client records and documentation in accordance with internal quality standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in relationship management, client services, or customer success roles.
  • Strong background in fintech, crypto, payments, or similar highly regulated fast-paced environments.
  • Practical experience or deep understanding of OTC trading workflows.
  • Demonstrable skill in managing complex client scenarios with professionalism and composure.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with high-profile clients via various channels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, Excel, and data-tracking dashboards.

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically within the Web3 or DeFi sector.
  • Proven ability to develop new processes from the ground up in a scaling team.
