What you will do

• Perform SI/PI analysis and optimization for 2D, 2.5D, and 3D semiconductor packages.
• Interface with product design teams to guide floor-planning and package design inputs.
• Execute wiring studies to determine optimal signal routing and power delivery network verification.
• Document and present complex analysis findings to cross-functional teams.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure electrical performance requirements are met.
• Take ownership of assigned design tasks and ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of professional experience, or Master’s/PhD with 2+ years.
• Deep understanding of signal integrity and power integrity fundamentals.
• Proficiency in simulation tools like Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, and Cadence Sigrity.
• Experience with circuit extractions, simulation techniques, and semiconductor packaging technologies.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
