What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Translate complex operational workflows and business requirements into efficient, intuitive user interfaces.
• Build data-intensive UIs capable of handling large datasets while maintaining high performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews with a focus on type safety and maintainability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize internal tools to improve agent productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript including advanced type manipulation.
• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js (SSR/SSG).
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
• Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs and professional version control (Git).

Nice to have

• Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
• Proficiency with UI component libraries such as Material UI or Chakra UI.
