Growth Marketing Lead (Part-time) – Mindory App
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on marketing professional to help us scale Mindory, an iOS app focused on mental health support for neurodivergent individuals.
This is not a corporate role with large budgets and fixed processes.
This is a startup environment where speed, clarity, and ownership matter.

What you will be responsible for
• Rapidly growing a base of paying users for our iOS app
• Driving user acquisition across European and US markets
• Working with a limited marketing budget and optimizing every euro spent
• Testing and scaling acquisition channels with a strong focus on performance
• Building and executing viral and organic growth strategies
• Continuously adapting to changing conditions and priorities
• Tracking and optimizing key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, and retention
• Providing clear weekly reports directly to the founders

What we are looking for
• Proven experience in growth marketing for mobile apps, ideally in mental health or health tech
• Strong understanding of unit economics and performance marketing
• Ability to clearly calculate and explain cost per acquisition and overall funnel performance
• Experience working in early-stage startups with fast-changing environments
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes
• Confidence to challenge ideas and defend your strategy with data
• Experience with AI tools in marketing workflows
• Background in viral marketing and organic growth for apps
• Track record of successful campaigns and measurable results
