Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bitola, Ohrid, or Skopje (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Plan, organize, and execute internal engagement activities and external employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle from concept development and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Support the development and execution of the company's employer branding strategy across various channels.
  • Coordinate participation in university events, hackathons, meetups, and industry conferences.
  • Create and coordinate employer branding content for social media in collaboration with other departments.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of events and branding initiatives using relevant metrics.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Proven expertise in event management and employer branding.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
