What you will do

• Own early-stage candidate engagement by sourcing top talent in China, reviewing incoming applications, and prescreening candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate with recruiters to align on role requirements and suitable sourcing strategies.
• Proactively research, source, and engage top-tier candidates through creative, personalized outreach.
• Conduct prescreen interviews, assess technical skills and cultural fit, and provide thoughtful feedback.
• Represent the company's brand, vision, and values, ensuring candidates understand the work environment and unique aspects.
• Track and use data to continuously improve hiring standards, provide regular updates, and experiment with new ideas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer within the Chinese game development market.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Experience sourcing candidates through platforms like BOSS, WeChat, and Maimai.
• Strong communication skills and EQ, with the ability to connect with candidates and provide a positive experience.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, be a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring teams, and thrive in an autonomous environment.
• Data-driven approach, comfortable using data and tools to measure success rates and refine strategies.

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI to make improvements to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
