Oracle Solution Architect

TL;DR

Oracle Solution Architect (Oracle Practice): Performing advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations with an accent on documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals. Focus on delivering complex and time sensitive projects, defining future state processes based on business objectives and helping clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision.

Location: Consistent with the firm’s hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at a GT office or client site.

What you will do

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases.
• Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption and conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support and participate in full life cycle implementations.
• Assist in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required, Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Infor.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
