What you will do

• Analyze and optimize business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map complex system workflows.
• Implement and maintain workflow tools using platforms like Camunda or Power Automate.
• Validate automation logic, troubleshoot system integrations, and monitor performance.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to align automation with company goals.
• Monitor key performance metrics to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in system analysis, process automation, or operations within a technical environment.
• Working knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Camunda or Power Automate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process mapping.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured system logic.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with BPMN-based tools.
• Familiarity with REST and gRPC APIs.
• Experience testing APIs using Postman.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in financial services workflows.
