What you will do

• Own and continuously improve forecasting models for supply-demand gaps.
• Design, execute, and scale experiments to accelerate supply growth and marketplace liquidity.
• Collaborate with Product teams to optimize courier incentives and improve ROI.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure effective gap closure and supply quality.
• Develop segmentation strategies to prioritize high-value supply and improve engagement.
• Conduct market research to inform strategies and identify emerging logistics trends.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in operations, marketplace strategy, or operational analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets and operational metrics.
• Experience designing and executing A/B tests and hypothesis-driven development.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational projects in cross-functional environments.
• Must be able to work from Almaty, Kazakhstan (relocation support provided).
