What you will do

• Drive product analytics initiatives for services automation and scenario optimization.
• Analyze user behavior and operational flows to identify inefficiencies.
• Design analytical frameworks to evaluate support scenarios and user journeys.
• Define and monitor metrics to measure the impact of automated solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve analytical tools for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into scalable improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis.
• Proficiency with BI and visualization tools like Tableau, Redash, or Looker.
• Understanding of product funnels, user journeys, and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
