What you will do
- Manage and oversee large-scale social media advertising accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies, including platform selection, KPIs, and targeting.
- Optimize campaign performance across Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Mentor junior specialists, providing operational guidance and ensuring client profitability.
- Analyze campaign results and present strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement areas and innovative creative solutions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in full-funnel social media buying, ideally within a media agency or with an advertiser.
- Excellent proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and strong knowledge of LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance dashboards and reporting tools.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Must have the legal right to work in Sweden.
- University degree or relevant education in digital marketing.
