What you will do

• Enhance and maintain a large-scale legacy collections application.
• Execute the migration of the application UI from JSF to React.
• Develop and support robust backend services using Core Java.
• Collaborate within a 10-member Kanban team on quarterly releases.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to optimize code conversion and development efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work on W2 (No C2C)
• 5-7 years of experience in Core Java and backend engineering.
• Professional proficiency with React and modern frontend frameworks.
• Proven experience working with legacy system modernization.
• Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies.
• Must be able to work on-site in Charlotte, NC 3 days per week.
