What you will do

• Embed product best practices, frameworks, and governance to ensure consistency while maintaining team autonomy.
• Improve roadmapping and prioritization processes to ensure alignment with high-level business strategy.
• Establish clear performance metrics and track outcomes to ensure learnings inform future prioritization.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration, particularly for initiatives spanning multiple business units.
• Provide leadership with clear reporting on progress, risks, and return on investment.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with leaders to implement improvements in discovery and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, product strategy, or senior product management within a SaaS or platform environment.
• Strong understanding of modern product management practices including discovery, roadmapping, and OKR frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Ability to model expected value, trade-offs, and opportunity costs for business cases.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with strong facilitation and communication skills.
